Susan Adduci came highly recommended as the most experienced Realtor in the Homewood / Flossmoor area. I am an overseas resident from Australia and although I travel to the Homewood area frequently, my knowledge of the local real estate and processes needed major assistance. That's where Susan came in. I was amazed with her local knowledge. She was able to negotiate pricing with the Seller and her professionalism from looking for a Home right up to Closing. The process of purchasing a property in the USA, when being a Non-resident, was a daunting prospect. Susan made the process so easy and was always available if I had any questions.
