We are very happy with the professionalism of Sue and Madison. This is the 3rd time we have worked with them, so that in itself is an excellent testimony to their top notch work. Initially when Sue and Madison came when we were interviewing realty companies , they had all the local house sales, pictures and details printed up in a booklet. They took in consideration recent sales, our neighborhood, similar characteristics, time on the market and selling prices. Very impressive! I had made a list of room by room improvements with the year completed for them. They were able to include this information in the descriptive write up for the listing. They gave suggestions for showing the house and did AI of 2 of the rooms to show a better potential. They had a professional colored booklet printed with photos of our house for prospective buyers. We had 3 showings right away and the third showing lead to an offer for 5K over the asking price. Sue was quick to keep us abreast of dates for inspections, a suggested lawyer and moving company. She walked us through some closing issues and kept a calm head with supportive advice. We would highly recommend the Adduci Blackwood group to other families who are looking to buy or sell.
