Sue was a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating and helpful to my fiance and I, who were first time buyers. She would meet us after hours to view homes as we couldn't view during the day time. We never felt rushed or that we were a burden. Her knowledge on the area was superb - she steered us towards the best neighborhoods and knew exactly what to look for at each house. Honestly, it felt like we were being shown around by a family member that had our best interest at heart. We don't plan on moving any time soon because she found us such a gem, but when we do, we'll reach back out!

You were responsive anytime of the day I had a question. After looking at many houses together and me not liking them you stayed positive and never changed your demeanor. You always said it was okay and we'll find the right home for you. I understand how frustrating I was with a mind that was "young" meaning one day was a townhome, the next a home, or land. No matter what I threw at you. You came through! I thank you very much and I really love the home we worked for!

Our Realtor Madison Blackwood was also our photographer at our wedding. She is amazing we looked at about 10 house. she was so good with having the informations for each house. She was very organized, knowlegable, patience with us. When we finally found one that we like we were so excited when the owners took our bid. We couldnt have been happier because this would be my at the time soon to be husbands first time owning a house. Now that we are married and have been in the house for 6 months now we still love it.I would reccomend Madison Blackwood to anyone and when down the road we decide to move, we will be using her again.
